Hello Friends, Can you believe it is 2009? 2008 came and went so quickly! This year I started off teaching a few Primary Group Exercise Certifications for AFAA and continued to watch last years “Aerobic Euphoria DVD” expand, selling on Collage, Amazon and Multitrax, just to name a few and renting at Netflix. Both the step and hi/lo workouts can also be viewed on the television network “cox cable” My convention schedule kept me in the USA this year. I was lucky enough to be picked up for the first time by SCW Fitness teaching at the Atlanta and Dallas Conferences. Both conferences were a blast! I hope to do them again in the near future. I realize that I say this every year, but I truly could not have done any of this without your continued support. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Please continue to write and say “hello” if you see me in the halls at a conference. I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to share some of the things I love most, Fitness, Music and Fun!
